Finishing
Arrange the Motifs as shown in our Assembly diagram. As you do so, take care to avoid placing Motifs of the same shade beside each other – this will help to create a random effect.
With RS facing, join Motifs with rows of sc. Work all horizontal seams first, then work the vertical seams and finish by working all diagonal seams.

Border

With RS facing, use a sl st to join your yarn to any corner of the Blanket.

Rnd 1: Ch 3 (counts as dc). Work 1 dc in each dc and ch-sp around, having 5 dc in each corner. Join with sl st to top of ch-3.

Rnds 2-5: Ch 3 (counts as dc). 1 dc in each dc around, having 5 dc in each corner dc. Join with sl st to top of ch-3.

Fasten off.
