STITCH EXPLANATION:
-Kfb (Knit Front and Back): Increase 1 stitch by knitting into front and back of next stitch

STRIPE PAT:
-With MC, knit 10 rows
-With A, knit 2 rows.
-These 12 rows form Stripe Pat.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Note: Move center st marker each row as work progresses.

With MC, cast on 1 st.

Row 1: (RS). (K1. yo. K1) in stitch. 3 sts.

Row 2: Knit.

Row 3: (Kfb) twice. K1. 5 sts.

Row 4: Knit.

Row 5: (Kfb) 4 times. K1. 9 sts.

Row 6: Kfb. K3. Sl1Pwyif. PM on last st for center. Knit to last 2 sts. Kfb. K1.  

Row 7: Kfb. Knit to 1 st before marker. Kfb. K1 (center). Kfb. Knit to last 2 sts. Kfb. K1.

Row 8: Kfb. Knit to marked st. Sl1Pwyif. Knit to last 2 sts. Kfb. K1.

8 Rows of stripe pat completed.

Keeping cont of stripe pat, rep last 2 rows until work across longer side measures approx 54" [137 cm], ending on a WS row. Break MC.

With A only, rep last 2 rows until work across longer side measures approx 74" [188 cm], ending on a RS row.

Cast off loosely knitwise (WS).
