You're new to the skills necessary to complete this project, or maybe you've tried them just once or twice before.
Step 1
Project Note: Makes 24-36 pieces.
 
Melt candy (12 oz. per color) separately, following package instructions. Transfer to decorating bags with medium cut holes.
Step 2
Starting with light cocoa candy at narrow end of pan, pipe horizontal lines, varying thickness. Leave space for remaining colors. Continue piping lines with yellow and orange candy. Tap pan to settle. 
Step 3
With toothpick, drag lines along long end of pan. Drag left, then right, until pattern is complete. Tap again to settle candy. Chill until set, about 20 to 30 minutes. 
Step 4
Unmold candy and let it come to room temperature. Break into pieces.
 
TIP: Wipe toothpick off between lines, to help create smooth chevrons.
