Class Description
In this class, we will explore water-soluble graphite. Derwent XL Graphite combines the dry blending capabilities of traditional graphite with the ease of watercolors. Water-soluble graphite is perfect for capturing the subtle sheen of metal and the texture of rust. You will get lovely granulating effects with a hint of color when painting and then we will refine our picture with drawing techniques using pastel pencils.
