great details well thought out
I have been a planner for over 2 years and this is my first official fitness packet. I am not a serious fitness tracker, but I did want something to keep me on track with exercise and water intake. Each week consists of 3 pages, 6 sides of the paper. Topics are: Fitness goals; fitness (daily tracker of activity and duration with plenty of writing space) nutrition one page for food/meals and calories the other page for water in take and snacks; habits (you can track 5 to 10 habits a week) final page "review" gives you space to journal and reflect. The paper is good quality of medium weight and the headings are all in a sea foam green color. I remove the pages for each and place into my A5 planner.

Cute but awkward format
I love the types of pages they have but it's so weirdly set up. There's 6 pages then it repeats. One page has 2 identical sections for monthly goals, 3 pages are 1 week of fitness and diet, 1 page has 2 weekly habit sections and the last has 2 monthly review pages. I can't even find a company associated with the name so I have to send an e-mail to Micheal's. It's pretty cheap so it's not that bad but I don't like it enough to re-buy them every 13 weeks (the number of repeated page sets).

Poorly organized
I got this as a cheap fitness tracker then got home and started filling it out. Problem is, it's poorly organized. Page 1 is 2 months of goals. Next is a weeks worth of fitness and meals tracking, then a page with 2 weeks of habit logging, followed by 2 months of review. What? What about the weeks of the month

I love this product!
I really wanted to start tracking my meals and my workouts, and didn't have an organized place to do it. However, this journal really helps me organize my health physically and paints me a picture of how I'm doing. Only thing is the pages easily come out!

Very oddly organized
There are twice as many places for months as there are for weeks and the days covered in certain sections are different from each other. The habits section covers Monday-Sunday and Nutrition and Fitness sections cover Sunday-Saturday in the same week. In addition to some (what I see as major) organization problems, there's the fact that it just doesn't cover very long. So much space is taken up in just one week with the month sections included that the entire book covers only 3 months.
