I found this kit as I was shopping for party supplies and it was the perfect party activity/favor for my 3 kids. The supplies were great and my kids loved them. The puppies turned out so cute!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible for my 5 year old Nothing in this kit was worth the money. I am glad I had a coupon and only spent 7.50 on this. The paint was not washable but they didn’t say that on the outside of the package. The stickers were worthless- had to get out the super glue to make anything stick. The collars had all fallen off before we got the dogs out of the wrapping. Should be for 8 and up. I would not recommend this to anyone.
