Ordered for pick up at a location. The box was cracked at the top and I asked for a new one. Sadly that was their last one. The service retrieving the box was poor. I had to go to a different Michael’s to exchange it. Other than that, the box is okay but it has a chemical smell inside.

Everyone of these were broken!
I ordered this item online because all of the Michael's stores in my area were out of stock and paid almost double in shipping than the actual product itself. When it arrived, every corner on the lid was broken. A few days after we received the item, al of the stores in my area restocked, so I went in to go exchange my broken one for a non-broken one. I went to 3 different store and all of the items at all of the stores were broken in the same spots. I'm not sure if it is a poor manufacturer design or if it was a problem with transportation but something needs to be fixed. We ordered this item for a charity event and had to make due with a broken one.
