For more than just memory wire
These cutters are in almost daily use on my bench and I rarely use memory wire. They are perfect for heavier gauges of copper, brass, and nickel silver wire. The cuts are nearly flush and only require minimal filing to finish. They are too bulky to get into tight spaces, but that’s not what they’re made for.

Have not use this tool yet but the reason I bought it is that I want to make some memory wire bracelets and necklaces and I heard on a craft show on the TV that if you dont use this special memory wire cutter you can damage your other tools because the wire is pretty tough.
