Keeps things hot!
I use these bowls to melt soap. Be sure to use an oven mitt or something to protect your hands because these bowls get very hot and stay hot a long time. This is great for me as it allows me time to add essential oils and color for my soaps, but be careful.

Candy Melts Made Easy!
I've tried many different methods of melting candy melts, usually either burning myself or finding the candy melts cool too quickly to get much done. These Melting Bowls were awesome! I used them both in the microwave and in my crockpot (with water like a double boiler). Everything melted smooth and evenly, when removed from heat source they keep the melts soft for an unexpectedly long time. I was able to do multiple trays at a time with no problem!
