They're perfect for projects involving pearl cotton, embroidery floss and ribbon. With a smart numerical system, it's easy to select the right tool for your project: the number of the needle corresponds to the size of the eye and the thickness of the needle. The higher the number on the needle, the smaller the eye and thinner the needle.

Excellent needles
Used these needles with embroidery thread with kids. They are easy to thread, and just sharp enough to puncture felt but not the skin!

Stitch with mine saved time
I was in a hurry to stitch together some beavers/lady flowers(becausetheyarescaredwhenisaidvagina)* I had just cut from felt and down to some old needles and they were making the sewing of my lady flowers/beavers* slow and difficult so thankfully Micheals came to the rescue with these sharp tip needles.

Craft needles
These needles are great for finishing off the threaded ends of my micro-macrame wrapped stones. I often use .5mm c-lon or an equivalent thread size. I needed a needle that wasn't too long so I could weave the tread ends into the piece, but needed a big eye hole to accommodate the thick tread. These work fine. I have to flatten the tread ends a bit before inserting them into eyehole but then it works fairly easily.

Needles
I needed new needles for my cross stitch. These work great. They are a little sharp but still does the job and getting 5 for less than 2 dollars (I had a coupon) was even better. :-)
