DMC Pearl Cotton is a highly mercerized, non-divisible, lustrous 100% cotton thread. The twist of the thread is how it received its “Pearl” description and DMC’s Pearl Cotton is best known as the most beautiful thread in the world. During the manufacturing process, the thread is combed, singed by flame and then double mercerized. It is this double mercerizing which gives it its beautiful pearlized sheen. The thread is soft, silky, does not fluff or kink, and 100% colorfast. Pearl Cotton is a supple thread that provides wonderful volume and dimension to your embroidery.

Beautiful
Beautifully hand stitched a felt bunny with this thread and it came out beautiful! Will buy again but agree that Micheals needs a bigger color selection but for now the smaller bundles of thread/floss color selection is perfect and will do just fine. :) :)

Available in Multiple Colors - Mildly Accurate
Your multiple color choices include - Black, Dark Navy, Cream and Ecru, Red and Dark Red, White and Snow White. If you can only stock 8 colors, add some variety. How about Red, Blue Yellow, Green, Purple, Orange, White and Black?

Name is wrong on this thread!
This DMC cotton thread is lovely ~ just too bad Michael's can't seem to read the label and get the name right! It is Perle thread, NOT Pearl... it says so right on the label. Come on Michael's do a little proof reading and checking before you put this online.
