Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very pleasing to the eye but not enough pages! I was so confused when I got home trying to figure out why there were more months than weeks to actually document progress. This book has 48 monthly goals but only 16 actual weeks of detailed documentation. It is very elegant looking and I guess you could buy more of them to add in a binder as they have spiral holes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Enough Space You get 48 months to write out small little goals, but only 16 weeks to keep track of daily calories and exercise plans. I feel that this planner was poorly planned and could have a better design. However, it does its job well, its nicely organized, and I'm able to keep track of everything. If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 2 stars because you can't even keep track of calories and exercise for a year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Didn't think I'd like it as much as I do I got it as a gift from my friend I do physio with. It helps keep track of calorie counting and what activities I did, when. I rated 4 instead of 5 because it gives you 48 months worth to write out your goals but only 16 weeks (15 for nutrition) to document those. I just feel there should've been more weekly pages than monthly.
