Can't go wrong at that price
I've bought so many frames at Michael's at this point and have been satisfied with all of them. It fit the 9 x 12 piece I had as it said it does.

Great for the promotion, check for tiny dents and
Almost meets expectations - a few tiny marks and dents and discolorings on the frame. Great promotion of buy 1 get 1 free. I would recommend checking the frame over carefully in-store, or buying a different frame that doesn't have imperfections show up so much. (Example: wooden grain black rather than perfectly smooth matte black)

Easy to use
The frames arrived in good condition. I was able to insert my mat easily and quickly. It was a snap to attach wire to the hooks on the back.
