Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth foam balls I like that there are marks on the top and bottom of ball and a line around the ball. Saves time when crafting so that when I am making my no sew ornaments the pattern is even on all sides. The only con is that the ball is so hard I have to use a thimble when pushing in the pins. But on the pro side - the pins stay securely in the ball.
