floral headband
Celebrate spring with a quick and easy, cream colored floral headband.
Step 1 |
Cut two circles out of the felt, each about 1½" in diameter. |
Step 2 |
Determine the placement of your flower and hot glue the one felt circle to each side of the headband at that site. |
Step 3 |
Lay a floral stem flat. Using a wire cutter, cut the floral head off, leaving a ½" stem. Hot glue the floral head to the outside felt circle. |
