This crafty cake is bursting with color and charisma.
Step 1
Icing Colors Tinted
 
Tip 1 Tint ultra-concentrated icing. Use Color Right™ base colors and QuickCount™ color formulas to tint icing in the following shades:
• Turquoise: ¼ cup white icing + 3 B + 1 O + 1 Y
• Green: ¼ cup icing + 1 B + 1 O + 6 Y
• Light Rose: ¼ cup white icing + 3 R + 3 Y 
Step 2
Tip 2 Mix ultra-concentrated icing with white icing.
• For turquoise, mix 2 teaspoons ultra-concentrated turquoise with ½ cup white icing.
• For green, mix 3 teaspoons ultra-concentrated green with ¼ cup white icing.
• For light rose, mix 5 teaspoons ultra-concentrated light rose with ½ cup white icing. 
Step 3
Bake and cool cake.
 
Fill a disposable decorating bag with confectioners’ sugar glaze. Cut small point off bag.
 
Place cake on cooling grid over parchment paper. Drizzle glaze over top and sides of cakes. Let set, about 10 to 15 minutes. 
Step 4
Tint icing following color formulas above.
 
Prepare three disposable decorating bags with tip 4. Fill, separately, with turquoise, green and rose icing.
 
Pipe outlines in turquoise and rose over glaze on cake top. Pipe a row of scallops, ¼ in. apart, in each color around base of cake. 
Step 5
Confectioners’ Sugar Glaze Icing
 
2½ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
5-6 Tablespoons Milk
1 Teaspoon Wilton® Clear Vanilla Extract 
Step 6
Stir milk into sugar.
 
Add vanilla.
 
Drizzle on cake or treats. Makes about one cup icing.
