big disappointment
One of the reasons I had to get more charcoal is because the last charcoal (pitt) couldn't be sharpened. All three pencils had charcoal inside the pencil that was split down the length of the shaft. The two girls I talked to in the store basically said too bad. "Maybe you can call the company and tell them. Sometimes they'll give you freebie coupons." Your customer relations sucks, and I'm out $10.
