The best acrylic paints you can find
I’m a professional painter and have experimented with many brands of acrylic paints, both fluid and solid, and Golden paints have always proven to be the best paints. They provide excellent coverage, viscosity and brilliance. I also like the symbols on the front of each bottle that tell you if the color is opaque, semi-opaque or translucent. Please pay attention to these symbols so you don’t end up with the wrong type of opacity and then leave a crummy review :) I love the fluid paints because I can use them to spread the paint over a large area. This is specially helpful when layering. And the Golden High Flow Acrylics are particularly great for creating lines and outlines. There are also instructional videos on how to use Golden paints online. They’re worth the watch.

Commenting on first person's review
I hardly ever leave reviews, but couldn't help but feel obligated to say something about the first persons review. Who obviously has no experience working with this particular type/brand of paint. Mixing and stirring isn't your issue.Obviously, I do very little mixing (usually you just shake the bottle) but if you're mixing multiple paints together. A lot of times. I put the paint into a separate tube or small, container to mix for literally 10-15 seconds. The reason why they are streaky for you, is because they are Fluid acrylics really meant to be used with airbrush, paint markers, etc. So the consistency is much more fluid, therefore, it's not going to be an opaque solution that you can glob on with pallete knife. It's almost like it's close to a watercolor paint, or if you added a lot of thinning/airbrush medium or even a lot of water to a normal soft or heavy body acrylic. Golden makes a very high quality paint and are one of the few companies that are exploring and raising the bar by creating these new fluid acrylics on a professional level. I use these paints all the time, because of their unique attributes, yet one needs to know what is the right time and place for these pants in order to use them appropriately and get the intended and desired effects. No disrespect intended for the first reviewer, but when noticing how many other customers found their review "helpful", I felt it was my artist-teacher responsibility to verbally illustrate accurate facts because the first review was extremely misleading. I do not work for Golden, I didn't even give them 5 stars because they can improve this product but it is a very good product and not like anything the first reviewer said. and any potential customers that read her or my review should at least try it for themselves because personally, I feel it's one of the highest quality product / brand in the fluid and high flow acrylics field. the product is a high enough quality where it is definitely6 worth giving it a shot, where you can personally make your own decision on whether to continue using them or not. just remember that they are Fluid acrylics so using them appropriately when you want a very fluid and liquidy type paint is important. There is a time and place to correctly use every type of product and knowing when to use that certain type will greatly affect year-end results.

Paints that do not mix???
(This is a review only about Titanium White, Carbon Black, and Pthalo Green)
One of these colors do not mix into each other. I bought these colours in 16oz containers and I feel like my money has gone to waste( Would love a refund Michaels). I mixed these 3 colours and no matter how much I stirred and scraped the edges, streaks after streaks. I even got a small two inch container because I thought maybe I did not mix it long enough( I'm the dumb one for thinking this after mixing that long) it was the same result, streaks! I made a video of the stirring for 10minutes...still streaks. I thought maybe the streaks won't affect the colour, boy was I wrong... I mixed these colours to paint a big portion of my painting and it was totally uneven. The mixture even separated on my palette after a few minutes...
This is totally unexpected from a Golden Paints product! These are the top quality paints...they shouldn't be doing this...but if a PAINT product does not mix then theres no point of buying it. Hopefully none of the Fluid colours do this...
