Step 1 |
First, click here for the design in Cricut® Design Space™. |
Step 2 |
Click ‘Make It’ and choose your material. Cut the design pieces as shown in your preview screen from each sheet of felt. |
Step 3 |
Assemble and use glue to attach pieces. Set aside to dry. |
Step 4 |
Paint the smaller wood beads with black chalk paint and the larger ones with white chalky paint. Let dry. |
Step 5 |
Cut a 10" [25.4 cm] piece of ribbon from each spool, align the ends so they are even. |
Step 6 |
Cut another 10” [25.4 cm] piece of white ribbon and tie around the middle of the ribbon pieces cut in Step 5. Tie in a double knot to secure. |
Step 7 |
Use the tails from the white ribbon tied around the group of ribbons to thread through a large white bead. Double knot then arrange the knot so it is hidden inside the large wood bead to complete your tassel. |
Step 8 |
Repeat Steps 5-7 for five more tassels. |
Step 9 |
Unravel the black/white striped ribbon from the second spool and stretch out on your working surface. |
Step 10 |
Thread a black painted bead, a wood tassel and another black wood bead onto the ribbon. |
Step 11 |
Now, add your first pennant. |
Step 12 |
Repeat Steps 10-11 for all pennants. Add beads and a tassel in between each pennant and a set at the end. |
Step 13 |
Arrange pennants and beads so they are spread evenly across the ribbon. |
