Works Perfectly!
I am overly impressed with this. The weight & size of the punch is perfect. Works great on a table or in your lap. The blades stay sharp so the hearts have clean edges always. And there is a clear plastic "catcher" on the underside that perfect stacks the hearts. Only so many will fit and you can remove it, if you wanted to, but I find that to be a neat addition to the punch.

Does Not Cut Cleanly
I too have experienced the lack of clean cuts with this punch. On regular paper it does not want to cut everywhere around the edge cleanly. When completing the punch process the paper gets stuck and rips when I try to remove it from the punch. On cardstock the punch works well. I'm returning to Michael's and will try
to purchase a similar heart shaped punch in another brand.

Excellent Little Punch
This product including (almost) all 'Recollections' products are great, both price and quality wise. I am a DIY crafter and this punch was the best so far I have used in terms precision. I definitely recommend this brand over other brands in terms of Paper Punches.

Great heart punch
This punch was easy to use and cut cleanly. It was just what I needed to make a fun Valentine activity for my granddaughters. The heart punch-outs were large enough so little hands could glue them easily. I am happy with this purchase.

Doesn't punch completely
I bought this to make cut out hearts and it doesn't cut the entire design out. The top of the hearts where they meet downward in a point don't get cut at all. I wasted a whole sheet of paper trying thinking it was something I was doing but even my husband tried. Very very disappointed.

Poor product
Bought this punch with high hopes, but was sadly disappointed. Using regular thickness paper to punch hearts from kid art, and after about 20 punches it stops punching cleanly - there are snags on the top and center of most hearts, which are nearly impossible to trim (since the heart can't be removed neatly from the cutter...and I don't want to trim them, as that's the job of the punch). On stock paper, it works great. But regular paper, not so much. Hoping to return for a full refund.
