These paint pens are great, but sometimes you will have to go over your work depending on what type of material you are working with/on. Always shake pen (with cap on).

This product writes very well.
It takes more than a minute to get the paint to the top of the pen but when it gets there, the writing is beautiful.

Writes like a cheaply made pen
It took a long time to even get paint to the tip of the pen. Then when it came to write you couldn't even draw a lower case "i" before you ran out if paint. It would have taken all the paint in the pen just to finish one word.

BIG problem with these...
Yikes! I had an urgent need for the red marker but bought the whole pack for later use. Unfortunately the red pen isn't red at all, it's definitely dark brown! Now I need to make a second trip back to the store--- several miles away--- to solve the problem. It's not Michael's fault but still a big hassle to return them.

All GREAT, Except the Red...
I loved all of these paint pens and they were perfect for my projects, except that the red pen was not red at all. It was fuschia. I paired it with a turquoise, so it worked out fine, but it would not have worked with "normal" Christmas colors.
