Good icing smoother
Nice to have an icing smoother that is tall enough for a lot of my cakes. The metal heats easily by dipping into hot water for smoothing/manipulating buttercream. Easy to wash and store. I do wish the plastic grip was on one edge instead of in the middle, because it can get sticky quickly with frosting as you’re smoothing the icing. But that is a minor thing. Overall, I’m pleased with the tool.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS.
I LOVE THIS FOR SMOOTHING THE SIDES OF A LAYERED CAKE, NO SO MUCH ON THE TOP BUT MAYBE WITH PRACTICE :)
