Middle of the road yarn
I bought this to make a cardigan for my mother in law. It isn’t the softest yarn but it is heavy and will be very warm. I used a 5mm and a 5.5mm hook and it turned out beautiful. I would want this next to my skin but as a cardigan it will be fine.
I would but in the future but not for a blanket or sweater.

Scratchy
This synthetic yarn is not soft but feels rough and almost scratchy (literally not like a wool allergy). So disappointed as the ombré colours are so pretty.

This product is like a rug yarn not for Afghans
It is not soft , by any stretch of the imagination.I have worked with real soft, easy to crochet and a very nice finished product but this yarn is very bulky and I would not use this again .

Impeccable ombré review
Worst yarn ever! I bought this to make a fall throw. The yarn is super scratchy, stiff, and rough. The blanket can stand up on its own! I bought Falling Leaves ombré. Will not purchase again.

It's not soft
This is billed as a 4 weight yarn, which I agree with, and the recommended crochet hook is an H8/5 mm, which I think is a little small.
I really love the color (I purchased the "Earth" colorway), but the yarn feels very 70s-I-made-a-fast-afghan. It's not soft and snuggly (although I admit that may change after a wash).
It's OK to work with, but I don't think I'd buy this again.

Great color
Although I love the color (Falling Leaves), the quality is not the same all over the ball. Sometimes it gets dangerously thin. I had to bypass a couple of inches of thin pieces 6-7 times when I knitted the body of the sweater. Also, I expected a little softer yarn.

Yarn is fun to work with, loved the colors & feel
I picked this yarn in tropical fruit to try a pattern I found in my mother's old knitting journal. It was a horseshoe cable pattern. I made a sofa cushion cover with it. I did knit with two skeins. The other skein was Red Heart turquesa. I am very pleased with the bright colors of the Impeccable Tropical Fruit poppled the pattern stitch
