inspirational rainbow wall décor
This lovely rainbow wall décor will remind you to "Rise and think of Others".
| Step 1 |
| Mix 1:1 white paint with water for the whitewash and use a medium sized brush to whitewash the plaque. |
| Step 2 |
| Put a dab of each paint on your paper plate (or palette paper). Saturate your flat brush with water and paint the top of your rainbow with Royal Fuchsia. Rinse brush, saturate and add the next rainbow layer underneath the first with your next color, Coral Blush. Overlap the Coral Blush with Royal Fuchsia. Repeat this process with Hauser Light Green and Shoreline. |

| Step 4 |
| Follow the instructions on the packaging to transfer the design to the plaque. |
| Step 5 |
| Use a black paint pen to trace over and fill in the transferred words. Let dry. |
| Step 6 |
| Select one skein of yarn. Make tassels by wrapping yarn around four of your fingers 12 times. Loop a separate piece of yarn around the yarn bundle about 1/2" down from the top and secure it with a knot, trim the ends as needed. Thread a 5" strand of yarn through the yarn bundle loop above the knot, pull up and straighten until the ends are even with one another. Thread a bead onto both ends of the strand and push it down to the top of the tassel. Knot the top of the strands together. Trim the bottom of the tassel so all strands are nice an even. Repeat with each color of yarn. |
