The worst purchase I've ever made.
It burns the cookies from the bottom, I baked twice to try to find out the problem and the only problem I see is the bake pan. I had to bake my cookies in my old bake pan again.

Lightweight, easy to use
My silpat fit perfectly in the center of the tray, was able to get 15 cookies onto the silpat without spilling over onto the tray. When one cookie did go over onto the tray - it did not stick / do I believe that it truly is a non-stick pan.

Perfect for My Needs
This cookie sheet is extra large and has a nice nonstick finish (which I always protect with parchment paper). I can pile so many cookies on this cookie sheet, baking goes so much faster. I have two and rotate them in and out of the oven. I'm really happy with them.

Popped in the oven and is now lopsided
First time using the pan it popped and went lopsided on one side. I bake often and this has never happened to me. I can’t bake macarons on a lopsided pan.
