kids club® spring break perler® boho bead necklace
Use Perler® Beads to create a bohemian necklace for spring.
Step 1 |
Use the pattern to create the Perler® charm for the necklace, or create your own design. Use the square pegboard. |
Step 2 |
Place the beads onto the square pegboard as shown in the pattern. |
Step 3 |
ADULT: Follow the package directions for ironing/melting the beads. Be careful not to over-melt the beads so that you still have holes in the beads to thread the cord through. Let cool. Tip: Create your own pattern! Just make sure the beads touch so that they can melt together. |
Step 4 |
Measure a length of cord 24" - 30" long. Thread the cord through 2 of the top holes from the front to the back and adjust the length desired. Tie a knot behind each hole. Trim the excess cord from the knot. |
