Hook
The only problem I have with this hook is it trends to turn as you you use it. By it doing this you have to redo the stitch.

Great little loom hook
This hook works very well for my purpose. the tip is not sharp, so it won't work for some super fine gauge sock looms. I like that it is not sharp because yarn doesn't split as easily. Also, it does NOT have a flat place on it, which is the main reason I bought it. The tool that comes with some of my looms does have a flat spot in the wrong place for the way I hold my hook.

Tip too large
The tip of the hook is flat on the end and doesn't taper to a finer point. Not that I want it to be a lethal weapon but with the end so flat it is hard to capture the yarn to pull it up and over.

I like it better than the one that come with loom
I like the feel of the handle because it's soft on my hand.

Works great!
We lost our loom hook and needed a replacement. I was a little hesitant because this was only $0.94 but it's working fabulously.

tools are not durable in the middle of the handle.
There is a durability issue with the centre of the tool. Breaks easily into two pieces and the rubber handle then bends and is not comfortable. Had to MacGyver myself a new one out of the rubber handle and a bent knitting needle. Students in class are using these and they don't even last a few rows on the round knitting loom before they deform and then break.
