Matte finish
Works great for finished products. Only problem I had was the handling time. Make sure to read all the directions it says it dries in 30 minutes but can't be handled for 3 hours.

Awful for watercolors
I bought this to seal some watercolor cards I made. Looked great going on but within 5 minutes there was a thick white covering over all the pictures. I maybe it would clear up after it was fully fry per the directions, but i came back the next day and it looked the same. The white covering ended up being super powdery and you could dust some of it off. I was able to save a few cards, but the colors were bleached out really bad.

Perfect Matte Finish for My Projects
I purchased a can of Krylon Matte Finish to protect my painted rocks and shells. Love the matte finish as I just wanted to protect my projects, not add a shiny gloss. I've done quite a few projects with this already and seems to be plenty left to do more. Would purchase this again.

Good for Tabletop Crafters
Used to put a finish coat on some tabletop gaming terrain I made. It worked pretty much as expected. Unlike some other finishes this one doesn't appear to yellow over time.

Saving ceramic sculpture’s deadline for show
Krylon was a life-saver. Michaels had one can and held that can for me so I had time to drive over and pick it up. A ceramic, meant for a show, was fired and looked horrible! By using Krylon Matte I toned down the gloss and was able to finish the piece with cold processing; oil, alykd, stains. The piece was photographed and got in the show! Thank you Michael’s!! Nothing like Krylon Matte!
