life on pluto: watercolor galaxy
Your kids' creativity can be endless with this easy galaxy craft from Camp Creativity.
Step 1 |
Tear out one sheet of mixed media paper. |
Step 2 |
Use your imagination to draw the galaxy and the planets that are within it using crayons. Ideas: shooting stars, specks of color, planet rings, etc. |
Step 3 |
Dip paintbrush in water and begin painting directly over the crayon drawings on the paper. Use a mixture of colors and black to create the look of outer space. |
Step 4 |
Use a paper towel to dab the picture and remove water and paint from on top of the crayon colorings. |
Step 5 |
Let dry and mount to piece of cardstock (or cardboard) if desired |
