lovely colors
this particular skein was defective. It had a large area where it was twisted
tighter than the rest of the skein....and then had a knot. In such a small amount
of yarn, I would think the company could do better.

Shades don't match
I purchased 2 skeins in lavender to make a sun hat for my grandaughter. One skein was not quite enough, but when I started to attach the 2nd skein, it was much lighter, you could really see difference. It did not look right, so I had to finish last 2 rows in white. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I checked the # on skein and color name and both were correct.

Love the brand, dislike the scents.
I do not like the scent and cannot understand why it is there. Some of the colors I need only come in the scented,so unless I can find a close match, I’m forced to use them.

I make dishcloths, potholders, and coasters with all the colors that will match dish towels that I give as gifts.

Nice scent, but it pills on the edges
Making a baby blanket & before I'm even finished, the edges are starting to pill (get little bumps of yarn, balled up). The scent is very nice, but nervous about how it will wear as the years go by. Love the color & the 100% cotton.

Sugar 'n Cream Chamomile is perfect for dolls
I use this yarn for making dolls; it's the closest shade to "flesh tone" that I've been able to find, and it smells good while you're crocheting.

Soft, Washable, Versatile
I have used this yarn to knit and crochet. The yarn is soft and the vibrant colors do not run. I use the suggested #7 knitting needles. A combination of stockinette and garter stitch creates crisp patterns. I've made washcloths for my grandchildren, blankets, and am working on knit pillow covers with animal figures. I am making fur by hooking on short pieces of yarn into the knit figures, creating a shag-carpet effect for the fur. They are adorable.

This yarn smells terrible!
I got the Camomile yarn, which is a beautiful, blush pink color. First off, there are lots of little white specs in this yarn, I don't know if that's what's holding the scent, but I'm not a fan of what seems like debris in my yarn. Also, I can't work with this yarn if I'm not in a well-ventilated area, and even then the scent gives me a headache. It smells like a very floral, potpourri smell that's really not pleasant. I wanted to make a bag out of this yarn to sell, but I can't sell someone a bag with this strong, awful scent. Make an unscented version of this yarn!!

Making dish cloths
I have used the Sugar n Cream yarn for a number of years to make dish cloths & they turn out great every time. I especially enjoy knitting with the varagated yarn. The different colors give the cloths more demention. The dish cloths wash & dry very well also.

People loved the scent
This product is scented and I didn't even notice it -- even while I made my 12 dish cloths for the church fall festival. But my husband couldn't quit smelling them. And when I delivered them to the church for sale, all of the knitters were sniffing and raving about how nice they smelled. They all sold.
