With Sage, cast on 107 sts.

Rows 1-5: Sl 1 wyif, knit to end.


Begin Pattern

Row 1 (RS): Sl 1 wyif, k3, *k4, k2tog, k3, yo, p1; rep from * to last 13 sts, k4, k2tog, k3, yo, k4.

Rows 2, 4, 6, 8 (WS): Sl 1 wyif, k3, *p5, k5; rep from * to last 3 sts, k3.

Row 3: Sl 1 wyif, k3, *k4, k2tog, k2, yo, k1, p1; rep from * to last 13 sts, k4, k2tog, k2, yo, k1, k4.

Row 5: Sl 1 wyif, k3, *k4, k2tog, k1, yo, k2, p1; rep from * to last 13 sts, k4, k2tog, k1, yo, k2, k4.

Continue to repeat Rows 1-16 until throw measures approx. 39" (99 cm), or you have used all 6 balls of Pecan, ending with a WS row. Cut Pecan and join Sage. Continue to repeat Rows 1-16 until throw measures approx. 51" (130 cm), or you have only about 1/3 of a ball of Sage remaining, ending with Row 8 or 16.
