Hit or miss bamboo hoops
It’s a nice price, but not completely round, so the fabric slips and it is also rough in certain areas. (10”—I also bought an 8” and a 3 or 4” one and those are fine. I think it might be hit or miss.)

Some cracking in the hoop, but excellent for decor
I'm planning to use these as wall decor for my cross stitch. The wood started to look like it was cracking when I tightened it, but it didn't feel like it had a good grip on the Aida. I feel more comfortable using my old hoop than this one for cross stitching, but once I'm done with the pattern I'll use it to hang the cross stitch on the wall.

Faulty hoop, not the end of the world
The metal pieces on top were not fastened correctly, so I have to use pliers to tighten/loosen this hoop. This only occured on 1 out of 4 hoops purchased, so not a huge deal. I'll shop my discrimately next time to avoid this.
