monster eyeball cookies
Keep your eyes peeled for these monster cookie treats.
Step 1 |
Quantities Needed for This Project: ½ cup Butter, Softened ½ tsp. Vanilla 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese Bar, Softened 1 Egg 1 Box Cake Mix – White Powdered Sugar Chocolate Covered Candy Beat butter, vanilla, egg and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in cake mix. Place half of the batter into a separate bowl. Tint one bowl of batter bright pink. Add green and yellow food coloring to the batter in the second bowl. Mix both until completely blended. Chill batters for 30 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pre-heat oven to 350°. |
Step 3 |
Roll cookie dough into loose balls and dip into powdered sugar. |
Step 4 |
Place on cookie sheet about 2" apart and pat down a bit. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Add candy. |
