Neon Tempera Paint Markers By Craft Smart™ is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product defense (Possibly) When it comes to buying paint and mediums you really need to have a general understanding of types etc. In this case Tempera paint most commonly used as poster/project paint in elementary Schools. The type that generally easy to clean up and off of things and definitely best on paper and poriss surfaces. on something like glass or metal or rocks it would crack and flake off when dry and even when dried it is a type that if anything wet was used on top of it, it would be activated again and would come off or mix with the color on top or coat a marker not making it work properly. lastly in general with all Neon type paints they are not very opaque thus being very see through and very watery or runny. lastly in any product that states how it works and what it works on just remember... it works on glass or metal or rocks... YES!, did it work on those things like you wanted or expected them to, NO! and that will always be the case. and price point in art products is a major factor.. higher cost almost always means better quality and performance, and cheaper means poor quality etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works on Glass ?? Well, I tried this for decorating my truck windows when my son graduated, but the coverage wasn't good at all. I absolutely don't recommend it. The paint I've found that shows up the best (dries quickly, shows up well and is easy to remove) is Marvy Chalk Marker (I like the Jumbo Bistro). Anyway, I'll be donating this set to the local High School for their posters - lousy on glass

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This paint does not dry well I bought this paint to paint smooth rocks to have a colored background to write words on for an activity for elementary-school kids . Since it said it would work on glass which is completely not absorbent, I assumed it would also work on smooth rocks. The package also says "quick dry." I painted some rocks two days ahead of when I needed them. The white paint spread well and did dry quickly. The other colors beaded up and would not spread evenly on the surface of the rocks. The paint was still sticky two days later, and when I wrote on them with Sharpie, what I was really doing was scratching the words in the paint. I had to tell the kids not to touch the paint on the rocks because it was sticky.
