The Field museum is home to the largest, best-preserved and most complete Tyrannosaurus rex ever discovered —SUE the T. rex. She roamed North America around 67 million years ago and measures 42 feet long and 12 feet high at her hips!

The Field Museum has a special exhibit featuring the Lions of Tsavo, Africa. Although these lions are male, you'll notice that they don't have manes. That's because Tsavo weather is so dry and hot, thick manes would cause the lions to overheat!
