Bunny Rabbit Push-Up Pops
Easter and Spring will be here before you know it! Do some spring baking and make these adorable little bunny rabbit treat pops to celebrate the season. They’re absolutely a cinch and you can make it a fun activity with the kids by letting them decorate their own treat pop container.

Pick your favourite cake recipe (white cake is used here) and bake it in a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Once a toothpick comes out clean, remove and let cool. Flip a treat pop upside down to cut out circles. Each pop will need 2 circles of cake. Set circles aside.
Begin decorating your bunny rabbits by gluing on the bunny eyes, nose, and tail. Then use a Sharpie Marker to draw the mouth and finish by gluing on the whiskers. You can also use thin strips of paper or wire for smaller whiskers.
Roll out the Wilton White Fondant with a rolling pin. Use an oval cutter (or free-hand with a small knife) to cut out a set of bunny ears for each treat pop.
Fill each treat pop with a layer of cake followed by a swirl of vanilla buttercream. Finish with a layer of buttercream.
Set the bunny ears into the frosting and finish with mini marshmallow bites.
*Optional: Add cute ribbons and bows to decorate the treat pops!
