Step 1
Print patterns from michaels.com and cut out. 
 
Step 2
Lay the body pattern on the Pirate (green) felt and trace around it with a marker. Cut out. 
Step 3
Lay the ears pattern on the red felt and trace around it with a marker. Cut out. 
Step 4
Cut small slits onto the body where indicated on the pattern. 
Step 5
Cut a red chenille stem to 7". Glue it down the middle of the body lengthwise, starting at the nose and down the body. Slightly curl the end to create the tail. 
Step 6
Fold the ears piece in half lengthwise and push it down through one slit, then underneath and up through the other slit. Position the ears in place evenly. Add a bit of glue to the back side to help secure them in place. 
Step 7
Glue two wiggle eyes onto the mouse and a tiny white pom pom into the end of the nose. Let dry.
