Print Project
kids gnome hat and beard
Step 1 |
First, click here to download and print the templates; then cut out. |
Step 2 |
Trace the beard pattern onto the back side of your craft fur and cut out the shape. |
Step 3 |
Snip a small hole at the top of the beard on either side and thread a piece of elastic through each hole. Make a loop to fit around the child's ear and tie a knot in each loop. |
Step 4 |
Now, trace the hat template onto red felt. |
Step 5 |
Use hot glue to adhere the hat together from the top point. Stop gluing about halfway down the hat. |
Step 6 |
For the remainder of the opening, snip a few holes across from each other down the rest of the hat; then lace some yarn through the holes to make the hat adjustable. |
Step 7 |
Decorate the hat with foam flowers. |
