Quality control
I've bought many balls of Loops and Threads, hoping each time it was just "one off skein" and honestly, it's not. There needs to be some quality control to this product. The inside of the skein is tangled right up half the time. What gets me the most is that it says medium 4 but works up like light 3. Every. Single. Time. There is no consistency aside from inconsistency

All balls have a different quality
Love the variety of colors but some colors and yarn are very soft and thin and some are thicker and very rough. No consistency.

This product is simply impeccable!
I have been doing a lot of curbside pickup since the Cov-19. Actually I have recently bought a stack of solid Yarn by Loops and Threads. The colours are so vibrant! I have also bought colours that can easily be blended. I can't wait to start my projects for next winter!

Good product
This is my go to yarn- it’s affordable and suits my needs. The down sides are sometimes there is inconsistency in color and texture so try to buy more than you think you need and get them from the same lot if possible. They are often tangled in the middle to be prepared to spend some time detangling and re-balling. Over all I’m happy with this yarn. Recently my biggest complaint is not being able to get the color plum online or in store- the only store that has it in stock is over 2 hrs away.

The color on the website is not at all representative of reality, neither the pigment, nor the intensity for the Arbor Rose.

Great yarn with exceptions
I put a high star rating because I actually do love this yarn and will continue to use it for my amigurumi projects. It's super soft, durable, and is usually in stock at my store. That being said, the points about the middle strand being knotted is valid and very annoying; I also wish there were more colors available at my local store; and I wish there were more deals on it because it can get pretty pricey when you have to buy 5 skeins to finish a stuffed animal! Even with those exceptions, I would still recommend this yarn to fellow crafters.

Impeccable Yarn
I bought white to make a baby blanket. The one skein already had three ties ( broken pieces tied together) in it! What crappy yarn! I will never buy this trash again! Disgusted customer!

Washes up softer
I really like this yarn. But unlike many reviewers, I don't have splitting issues, or problems with knots. I manage a center pull with very little yarn barf. It washes up soft, and the color range is stunning. I wish Michael's carried all of them in store, as it really is a staple and it's their own house brand. I did notice it just went up in price but still a good value.
