Very reliable
I needed to fix some thigh high boots I was going to wear for NYE. YouTube videos suggested using this Velcro and elastic to create a band inside the boot. I figured I needed the industrial strength for a night out. And I had no problem with the Velcro coming loose or anything. Great buy!
