Shadow box frames 18 x 24
I have order this 2 times been almost 1 month ago and still broken when they sent it. You need protect the sides and the glass. 1 time glass broken everywhere in box cut myself when opening. 2nd time corner was broken because did not put protection on corners and put a massive box it was bent. Now I have to call again. I will probably have to go in store now and pay for price since got it on a big boxing day sale the 1st time. During Covid I purchased one in store and the corners were broken behind the carboard and had to return it again and all in store were broken. Michaels need a better way to pack this item for it not to break and waste there money and the clients money.
