Not true to size!!
I bought this to frame a photo as a Christmas gift for my husband but I'll be returning it for a new one. The photo is an 8x10 but with the mat part of the photo is cut off around each edge which did not work for mine. Once I got it to a fitted to at least be ok with it I took a closer look and noticed a small faded black line on the mat. The quality itself is ok, not cheap but not worth the full price although I purchased it on sale.

Label left mark on mat
I’ve used these frames in the past and been happy with them, but the most recent ones I purchased have a mark left from where the label ink transferred onto the white mat and I can’t get it off :(. I’m very disappointed this time and wonder if there’s a way to get a replacement mat without returning the whole frame?

Nice frame for the (sale) price
Nice frame for the (sale) price. Got four of the largest size of these for a set of similar pictures lining the hallway from our front door, and get compliments from visitors. Nice that they have shiny glass, not plastic/plexiglass. They don't come with "sawtooth" hangers (just loops for wires), so I purchased and installed sawtooth hangers separately to help hang the four pictures at the same height. Also, the internal "floating" cardboard mat on some of the frames warped a little - just tuck a few tiny wads of paper or pieces of styrofoam in the hidden gap to straighten them out.

Hangers are uneven
The frames are beautiful and a great price, but the hangers on the right and left side are placed unevenly. I bought 3 frames and each hanger was placed at a different height from the top. It made it very difficult to hang the three of them so they were all level, individually and all together. I wouldn’t buy them again.

3 mattes were warped
I bought 3 of these in 20x24 only to get them home, start mounting, and see that the mattes were warped. What a cheap product.

Not a true 11x14 size
The frame itself is made well; looks great on the wall. However, they are not all cut true to size. My photos that were done professionally & are already matted with an 11x14 mat (I measured; they are all 11x14 mats) do not fit. If you need to use the mat that comes with the frame, it's a perfect fit for an 8x10 photo. Unfortunately, I will have to return 3 of the 5 frames I purchased since 3 of them are not cut to a true 11x14 size.
