Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine for a beginner project Bought 4 cakes for a first project. Had fun with the color transitions until I found the knot in my first skein, which disrupted the color pattern that had been happening. At that point, I learned how to do a russian join because I just couldn't handle crocheting over a knot. Second cake has also had a knot with a disruption to the color pattern. Oh well, at least it was a learning project anyway.
