Great as always
Caron Cakes are a reliable yarn for multiple projects. The only annoyance is when you get multiple skeins that are in opposite directions (working out versus working in) but thats a minor annoyance that comes with the craft.

I make baby blankets and give them to the NICU at our local hospital FMC. I want to give back because several of my daughters friends had babies that would up in the NICU and I wanted the babies nice and warm and cozy and to feel loved. They have such a difficult road ahead of them.

Love them!
I just started crocheting a little over a year ago and it has taken me until now to try the Caron Cotten Cakes. I’m a fan and will definitely be using them again. I love the colors, especially frozen yogurt, but mostly I love the way the yarn feels not only once it’s been worked up but also while I’m working with it. Combined with the smoothness of my Tulip crochet hooks, I find this yarn so pleasant and easy to work with. I would love to see these come out in solid colors. Perhaps they do come in solids, but I haven’t seen any. I look forward to trying more Caron cake yarns.
