not useful as advertised
The peel-off feature is why I bought this, but paint doesn't peel off unless it is very thick. I use acrylic paint, and I try to use all the paint on my palette before clean-up, since it has a very short time before drying up. Cleaning off a super thin layer of acrylic is really frustrating and difficult.

My New Favorite Palette
Bought this for acrylic painting after being recommended it. I like having the large flat spaces to work with - lots of room for color blending, which I do tons of. Larger piles of acrylic paint will peel off if left to dry, but the biggest thing I like about this is that the small ones essentially slide off when rinsed with cold water. I technically do still scrub a bit, but the palette comes cleaner than my old palettes in about 1/5 the time. For acrylic paint, I'm definitely a fan.

A lot of space
I really love how large it is! You are able to make sure all the colors are separated and it gives ample room for mixing as well. I can't so much attest to the peel-off feature because I usually just rinse/wash mine when I am done using it. That is the only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5.

I use this with acrylics
It claims that the paint will just peel right off once it has dried, and it has a picture on the packaging of someone doing so. It states “no more scrubbing”. Much to my dissatisfaction paint doesn’t just peel off, at least acrylic doesn’t. However it is much easier to clean than my other pallets so I do like it. I would like it a little more if it was totally flat without the ridges that are intended to keep paint separated, but that’s just my preference.

Very good palette
The paint you lay out on the top tray peels off very easily, paint you smear out on the tray does not peel off because it is so thin. I use a wet paper towel or mist it and let it set a few seconds, then just rub it off. I am very happy with the palette. It is so
nice to have a clean one every time I go to paint now.
