Wonderful brush pen, takes patience though
Still getting used to working with it. It definitely isn't something you can just take out of the package and just use if you're not experienced with brush pens. It lays down a nice thin or thick line. The ink is beautifully black. It is water proof and so far alcohol marker proof as well - BUT, you have to make sure that the ink is completely dry or it will smudge.
NOTE: You have to make sure you have the ink cartridge completely pushed and snapped in the barrel or it won't work.

Excellent art tool
This brush pen is top notch. I've used two other brands of brush pens before this one and this one is by far superior to both. It's refillable, which is another huge plus. And thanks to Michael's coupons, I got it half off. Very pleased!

Not perament ink .. Ruined my painting !!!
I am returning this and i will not recommend it for art projects.
If you want a good water soluable, but, water resistant after drying, go to the Montanna brand acyrlic marker ... no disappointment here!
