3 holed refills
The 3 holes did not line up with my Recollections book. I had to hole punch another hole between the second and third hole to make it fit. It took time, but now it works.

Holes are not in the right place
The holes in these sheets to not line up with the posts in the 12x12 scrapbook by the same manufacturer. Also, even with the cardboard inserts removed from the scrapbook, all 25 pages barely fit in the book. No additional sheets will fit. Perhaps better used with a binder-style album.

Exactly as described and exactly what I needed
These are the traditional photo album pages. "Magnetic" is the term used to mean adhesive. It's the kind of photo page that has the plastic flap you lift, then place photos, and then put the flap back down to protect the photos. This is not meant for scrapbooking.
I wanted larger pages than the usual albums for my large photos and these pages are perfect.

False advertising
First not magnetic, not sure what that was referring to anyway, but the sheet was sticky and then had a plastic cover around the sheet. Second, the sheet is 12 by 12 including the holes, so if you are using standard size scrapbooking pages, then these will be too small you can make them work as I did but its annoying and not what you want.
