Nice product but where were the instructions?
Overall the product looks nice when assembled but for some reason there were no instructions in the box. From what I’ve read this is a common complaint. I suppose they’ve considered that it’s not difficult to assemble but nevertheless as a purchaser it would be nice to have and not guess the process. I’d give it a 5 star rating except it is not as sturdy as it could be. It absolutely has to rest against a wall or be staked to grass in order to stand upright without it possibly falling. The lights truly help to create a wonderful aesthetic though.

The highlight of our wedding decor!!
This was the focal point in a huge cathedral for our wedding ceremony and formal photography. Lighting was lovely, we draped with chiffon and added silk vines and flowers... Indoors (with no ground to sink into) we needed cement bricks to stabilize it. We also moved it to the entrance to our reception hall to grace the entry experience.

Unable to use it
After assembling the archway it was obvious that it was not going to stand. It leaned so bad it fell over. Tried different things to stabilize it to no avail. Finally gave up and am returning. Even outdoors pushing it into the ground wasn't enough

Pretty but not stable
This arch was nice to nice we added balloons to match the event. The bad thing was that it was not sturdy if anyone even touched with finger it would start swaying. Just secure it before use.

Pieces missing structure is not stable
Piece was missing and we had to tape joints together to make arch work for one event. I had hoped to use for several events but there is no way this arch would survive more than one use. Very embarrassing to present to the bride.
