Shape Armholes
(Note: Tank is worked in dc from this point forward.)

Row 1: Ch 2 (does not count as a stitch), work 94 (104, 114, 124) dc evenly across piece, turn.

Row 2: Sl st in first 5 (5, 6, 6) dc, ch 2, dc2tog over next 2 dc, dc in every dc to last 7 (7, 8, 8) dc, dc2tog over next 2 dc, turn leaving last 5 (5, 6, 6) sts unworked - 82 (92, 100, 110) dc.

Row 3: Ch 2, dc2tog over next 2 dc, dc in every dc to last 2 dc, dc2tog, turn - 80 (90, 98, 108) dc.

Left Strap
 
Row 1: Ch 2, dc2tog over first 2 dc, dc in next 30 (32, 38, 38) dc, turn leaving remaining sts unworked - 31 (33, 39, 39) sts for Left Strap.
 
Dec row: Ch 2, dc2tog over first 2 dc, dc in every dc to last 2 dc, dc2tog over last 2 dc, turn - 2 dc decreased.
 
Rep dec row, 8 (8, 11, 11) more times – 12 (12, 14, 14) sts rem.

Sew shoulder seams and side seams.

Armhole Borders
 
With RS facing and beg and center of underarm sts, work sc around entire armhole. Fasten off last st.

Collar
 
With RS facing and beg and left top edge of inside shoulder, work tr around entire neckline. Turn work. Cont to work tr in rows until collar meas 7”. Fasten off last st, leaving a long tail to sew collar seam. Sew collar seam and weave in all ends.
