These brushes are meticulously crafted, featuring the finest quality pure white Chungking Hog Bristle Hair, native to the Chungking area of China. The natural inwardly curving bristles of this hog hair paint brush provide a springy response, making it ideal for traditional and water mixable oils, acrylics, caseins, and alkyds. The hairs work in unison for sure strokes, ensuring a seamless painting experience.

The unique characteristic of our hog hair brushes is the flagged tips, which contribute to the brush's ability to hold loads of color. Each hair is hand-tied and set in seamless nickel-plated brass ferrules. These ferrules are then glued and crimped onto balanced matte wooden handles with dipped silver ends, ensuring a comfortable grip for prolonged painting sessions.

The set includes 15 versatile brushes: Round  sizes 1, 4, and 8, Flat sizes 1, 4, and 8, Bright sizes 4 and 8, Filbert sizes 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12. These long-handled, hand-crafted brushes are designed to deliver a smooth and even flow of paint, providing an unparalleled painting experience.
